Jennifer Whitney

Jennifer Whitney is a visionary who leads from the heart. She has 15 years of experience and connections in high level media & marketing, creating sophisticated narrative visuals for such clients as the New York Times, ProPublica, National Geographic Traveler, Nature Conservancy, The Pearl, and Food Network. She trained front of house employees for corporate and boutique restaurant concepts for 8 years, and has acquired, remodeled, designed, and managed several uniquely local residential hospitality properties.

A twenty-five year real estate veteran, George has an extensive F+B background and is a leader in the field of experience-driven real estate development. He has been involved both as a principal consultant in the creation and operation of a number of notable destination retail projects, including the award-winning Atlanta Dairies and Larkin On Memorial projects, as well as Krog Street Market: the first food hall in the Southeast and considered by many publications as one of the best food halls in the world.

Kevin Wilson, CPA

Kevin works with a variety of nonprofit organizations, affordable housing developers, syndicators, corporations and investment funds. He advises clients on a wide variety of financial accounting and income tax issues, including affordable housing finance, financial projections and investor exit strategies. Mr. Wilson has a wide range of experience with low-income housing tax credit, new markets tax credit, renewable energy tax credit transactions and opportunity zones incentive. He has considerable experience with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development auditing procedures.

Alexis Readinger

Alexis Readinger founded the international award-winning architecture and design firm Preen in 2005. She has been at the heart of the hospitality world in Los Angeles for over 20 years. Bridging chefs, nature, retreat and sacred space, her work invites both the exploration and the evolution of consciousness. Her work is published in Architectural Digest, NY Times, LA Times, and Interior Design. She regularly contributes as both speaker and judge for various professional organizations and awards in culinary, construction, architecture and design.
