Commercial property values have increased significantly over the last few years. New businesses are coming in, buildings are being updated, old siding is coming off to reveal historic architecture, and new projects are in the works.

How our Mixed Opportunity Zone Fund could Benefit You

In addition to attractive risk adjusted returns, OZ incentives reward investors for keeping their funds local by allowing them to defer capital gains taxes on gains invested, write off depreciation with no recapture, and pay no additional tax if they hold the investment for 10 years. These benefits can also apply to those converting from a 1031 Exchange or Roth IRA.
